Design Proofs & Approval
- We will provide design proofs for approval before printing.

- Once approved, changes cannot be made, and MyDubai Graphics is not liable for errors in approved designs.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
- Standard production time varies depending on the item and order size.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, though we strive for timely fulfillment.
- Delays caused by courier services, holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Cancellations must be requested before production begins. Cancellation after production may incur charges.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases of defective or incorrect items, verified by our team.
Intellectual Property
